STREET VENDOR’S DAY
நான் இப்போ வெளியே போயிட்டு வருவேன், நீ அதுகுள்ள இந்தப் புக் மற்றும் அந்த செய்தியைப் படிக்கிற. நா வந்த உடனே கேப்பேன், நீ எனக்கு விளக்கமா சொல்லணும் சரியா!!!!
படிச்சி சொல்லிடலாம் என்ற ஒரு ஆர்வம் வரும், ஆனால் அந்தப் புக் எல்லாம் வேற லெவல். ஒண்ணுமே புரியாது அப்படி புரிந்தாலும் தப்பாதான் புரிஞ்சு இருக்கும். இப்படிதான் என்னோட ஒரு ஒரு முழு ஆண்டு விடுமுறையும் போச்சி. கம்யூனிஸம், சாதி, இயற்கை, காடு, மலை , ஓவியம், சிற்பம் எனப் பல புத்தகம் படித்த அனுபவம் உள்ளது
மேலே உள்ள படத்தை பார்த்த அடுத்த நொடி எனது இந்த முழு ஆண்டு விடுமுறை மற்றும் புத்தகம் படித்த அனுபவம் தான் நியாபகம் வந்தது. காரணம் அன்று நான் படித்த அந்த ஒரு மாத இதழாகும். கம்யூனிஸம், சாதி என்ற தலைப்பை படித்துக்கொண்டு இருந்தபோது அதில் இருந்த ஒரு தலைப்பு என்னை படிடா என்று அழைத்தது.
Don’t judge a book by its cover என்று சொல்லுவார்கள், ஒரு சிலப் புத்தகங்கள் மட்டும் இதற்கு விதி விலக்கு, ஏன் என்றால் அந்த மாத இதழின் அட்டைப்படத்தில் இருந்த ரிலையன்ஸ் ஃப்ரெஷ் கடையும் அதன் பார்க்கிங் முன்பு வியாபாரம் செய்து கொண்டு இருந்த ஒரு தள்ளு வண்டி வியாபாரியின் படமும். அதன் பின் உலகமயமாக்கல் மற்றும் தனியார்மயமாக்கல் என்று இருந்த அந்தத் தலைப்பு எனக்கு நன்றாக புரிந்தது, தெரிந்தது.
நேஷனல் டே பார் ஆல்கஹால் என்று ஒரு நாள் உள்ளது, இது போல் பல நாள் இருக்கு. அப்படி ஒரு நாள் street vendor’s என்று அழைக்கப்படும் தள்ளு வண்டி வியாபாரிகளுக்கு இருக்க வேண்டும். என் தோழி பதிவு செய்தது போல இருந்தால் நன்றாகத்தான் இருக்கும், காரணம் ஒரு சில சமயங்களில் ஒரு சில விஷயங்களை நாம் நினைவு கூர்ந்து பார்க்க, இப்படி பட்ட நாட்கள் வேண்டும். ஒரு நாள் முழுவதும் வாங்கும் அனைத்துப் பொருட்களும் அவர்களிடம் இருந்துதான் வாங்க வேண்டும்.
நேஷனல் டே வைத்து, ஒரு நாள் மட்டும் பொருட்கள் வாங்கினால் அவர்கள் துன்பம் நிங்கிவிடுமா என்ன??? இந்தக் கேள்வி எழும், மற்றும் அந்தக் கேள்விக்கான பதில் ” அப்படி ஒரு நாள் இருந்தால் சமூக ஊடகம், தொலைக்காட்சி மற்றும் வானொலி என இதனைப் பற்றி பேசுவார்கள். இந்திய நாட்டில் உள்ள நூறு கோடி மக்கள் தொகையில் ஒரு கோடி மக்கள் ஆவது, இதை நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவார்கள்“.
My Love 😍
My dad was a very big devotee of Lord Ayyappa. He use to visit Sabarimala twice a year, I still remember one fine morning my dad woke me up early and made me to wear that Sabarimala maalai. It was my third grade, I took a week off and went to that temple for the very first time.
Train or bus or Van whatever it will be, 90’s kids or 80’s or 2k kids whomever it is, window seat will be a very big dream and if we get it, that’s it no words to describe. Like this my journey started really well, window seat, snacks and the climate wow it’s one of my best trips till now.
I didn’t prayed anything, it’s just a trip for me and especially a long weekend with no home and class work’s. But that’s the trip where something special happened to me. And it’s a very memorable thing too. As most of us know, pilgrims of Sabarimala will cook themselves by parking their van in nearby places, so my dad did the same, and the place had rubber trees on one side and forest on the other side which is slope.
And in that slope only I have seen my favorite animal. A Mom and Calf having something down there, oh wow I can’t able to describe how excited I was.
while typing this blog post, that dark clouds, rubber forest, my dad’s cooking skills in forest pops up in my mind along with those Giant animal – Elephant 🐘
From Sabarimala dad took me to Guruvayur Elephant camp, so my love towards elephant started growing like bamboo plant.
Giant body, rough skins, knowledge, care, family etc etc have attracted me towards them. Then I started learning about them, my guru Mohammad Ali sir book helped me to know them better. And I still wonder how intelligent they are!!! Head of the family guide the rest, their love towards the small ones. Google it about the basic info like types of elephants, how much it will consume, size etc
Most of us knows this Ivory poaching, Deforestation, Constructions, Elephant corridor occupancy etc etc causing problems to them. But in newspaper article people will complain about elephants by saying it have destroyed their belongings.
Almost everything about them is vast topic and my particular worry is about their Corridor. We need to create better environment, healthy environment for them but we are destroying everything, it’s our responsibility to raise awareness among others.
Let’s start loving Elephants !!!! And it’s World Elephant Day today ( 12 August). And it’s just a simple blog post to show my love on them.

When you left your Office early and your Next train is 40Minutes way!! With Goods train crossing your platform. Then its time to scribble some blog post and today it’s about
WSTR – is the best policy for everyone, with this we can see expplore and experience something new. Between the abbreviation is Work Save Travel and Repeat
Work:
Mission 2020, India will be in different level, Developed nation, everyone will have minimum 15Lakhs in Bank account. Like this we could have heard many things from our childhood days but actual fact is we are still developing country and almost each and every one of us is from Middle class family.
Whether we like it or not we have to go to some job to manage our daily needs. Just for name sake we may go there but have some reasons to go and try to save some money 💰
Save:
College loan, EMI for TV/Bike/House, Hospital charges, Rents!!! oh no ☹️.
With all our regular salaries, Saving money will be the toughest part of our life with all the above reasons
But we can save it with some plans,
1. Saving a Huge amount of 4-5K per month will seems like a climbing the Himalayan, so try to save 200-500/ weeks
2. Try to avoid some unwanted expenses/ spendings and save it
3. You can also open a RD in your Bank 🏦
Travel:
The word itself has some energy in it, so if we travel in regular intervals, we might not get stress, pain nor nothing
Popular travel destinations in India are mostly Hill station and the culture of trekking at peak, the word which need to pop up among us is Ecotourism.
Types of travelers differs according to the personal interest.
1. For Relaxation – Bored, stressful job, need some break from it kinda people will prefer it
High standard of staying, Good hotels and a swimming pool, Alcohol etc etc
2. Sightseeing – Eye-catching views, High Altitude, Chill climate, people’s might be some Photographers, Creative writers, Nature lovers will prefer this type of travel.
Good Hotels no priority for staying with lots of love to travel
3. Adventure – This is kinda a mixer of the above types, with just love and reason of travel May differ
Thrill, Fun and Rememberable is what they prefer
Repeat:
A job to run family with some saving for future ( Wife/Hubby, Kids) and a family trip and commitments is what almost every one will prefer.
But with the same thing along with some saving for Travel and a some trip in every 4 Months will be Awesome. so try to repeat it with Work, Saving, Travel and Repeat
All this doesn’t mean we need to travel only in High sophisticated modes like Car/Plane, Air-conditioned rooms, Alcohol etc etc. ,try to see people’s, their habits foods living style and learn from it. Try to travel eco friendly too, avoid luxury life, simply Come out of comfort zone to live different life
Like Express train driver, life will not be happy and fast always, He will travel fast with more comfort level but it will end quickly
Whereas Think about That Goods Train driver, He need to wait for some Train to cross, Speed limit, no Comfort level and Need More Patience but the travel time is more with no risk
Note: Between I am traveling daily for more than 3Hours with my First Class Train Ticket ( Comfort zone) 😜
It makes sense
My mom shouts “Can’t you fold your own bed sheets and arrange your things properly”. I just have time to get ready and catch my train, so I haven’t listened to her shouting.
Donald Trump will stop building the wall, Even RCB/DC will win their first Trophy but this train will not arrive and depart on time. As usual it’s 15 minutes late and jam packed full, somehow I managed to get in to the train.
Oops something strange is happening, someone (yes yes That someone is a female gender) in the crowd is looking at me, the stole playing it’s role by just showing her eyes. what’s the use to give a look at her, nope no use so I switched to my regular schedule (Preparing for my daily show, reading something).
Have noticed, the same person staring at me daily, don’t know why and what she wants!! But one thing for sure, she is looking at me and me only !!! Then that day came, I still can’t believe that happened to me
All your guess are correct, she waved at me and was asking me to wait. She came near to me, crabbed my hands and said you my everything, I like you with 😘😘💋😘 etc etc. I don’t know what is happening and what for this is happening. Even before getting out of this surprise, the other surprise took place.
She took one gift from her bag and gave it to me, wow wow wow wow that was a brand new DSLR camera 📷 😍😍😍 and said those words. Before knowing anything about her, I heard a big sound tok tok tok tok and that sound is getting worse, I then turned around the see a beautiful Common Woodpecker in nearby window.
With that sound, I came to realize that I’m still single, I was staying back in office after an IPL update and all that happened was a dream. After knowing that it was just a dream, my best friends words in my subconscious mind was echoing in the rooms
“Rahman, wildlife, conservation, photography nu irunthutu, Train travel la Oru ponna kuda parkama birds ah partha, dream la kuda love oh Oru girl oh varathunu”
What my friend use to say is stop watching birds while traveling, otherwise you get any girlfriend!! Hahaha that was happened, in dream I haven’t seen her face, I don’t know her name nothing but she said those words and gave me a camera 😂😂😂 Manasula irukkurathu dream la varumo???

It’s been 2years I nearly feel in love with writing blog post, the above post which I wrote is for Women’s Day’2017. Thanks to Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook for remembering me.
Nothing have changed from the blog, same thing keeps on happening.

Another Day ( இன்னோர் நாள் )
Vikram : hey what’s your plan this weekend, do you have anything.
Vedha: No dude, I don’t have any plans
Vikram : I am free here, would you able to come to my home.
( A minute long silence from other end )
Vikram checked his network, it’s all fine
Vedha : yeah macha, I will be there.
Vedha have said, I will be there between 10 – 10.30am. but he reached vikram’s home by 10.43am
Nearly 30minutes they have just chatted about manager, team leader, Office politics, Office Office. And then they turned on the TV.
Vedha noted that a popular Star Network’s Tamil channel playing that movie for 100^infinity times and that is
Siruthai.
Both of them chucked it out and while doing so, they have gone through one of the popular comedy of Goundamani and senthil (Popular comedians in Tamil industry).
And that comedy is known as ” Puli Pandi Comedy”.
Vikram : dude it’s such a great comedy right, this two are legends in some way.
Vedha just shook his head to say Yes. While doing all this, they took their afternoon lunch and went out to have some tea in the evening. When they came back, the TV is still ON, and it’s another channel with different mode of playing movies
Vikram started checking which part is this? As he haven’t seen the last two parts
Vedha : Macha it’s ” Singam 3 ” da. After finish seeing all this with some chats and future plan to see latest Marvel movie that weekday
vedha bit bye to his best friend Vikram.
The day when the meet is UN special day but for them it’s just another day

Part 03: RJ and 32K
As I said before, I was planning to make small trips here and there for the past 6years but nothing have happened. This is called fate!! Yes if I could have planned this trip to Marayoor in 2015. I would be a millionaire now. I missed it.

India’s one of the major network provider, haven’t provided us a single point of tower in Marayoor, this is how I could have been millionaire 😜. Ha ha, guys a small tips, get BSNL sim or go along with friend who have BSNL sim to this places.
Third day, we started early to Eravikulam national park ( Famous for Tamilnadu’s State Animal). What you read is correct, in India each and every state had state animal, tree and birds, and Tamilnadu’s State Animal is Varai aadi ( Nilgiri Tahr), as like other animals it is also an endangered animal.
Marayoor to this national park is 32km, here we have to park our vehicles and we have to get the bus which the provide. Entry fee for Indians is 90rs but for foreigners is 280rs (??). From parking to that national park is filled with wow type of bus ride.
It’s simply wowwwww and wowwwww, no words to say more. Official known as ‘RajaMalai’ but we named this mountain as bahubali hill, as it’s seemed as Prabhas learned lesson to climb hills from our Nilgiri Tahr.
From there, munnar is just 10km away, so we reached there within 20min, in munnar town we had our lunch and from there our destination is Top station.
I hope, you could have travelled to Munnar at least once or more than that. I am listening to few no’s, don’t worry I will take you guys. Its very very simple, imagine yourself in this places, single way, curved roads, hairpin bends, way better from our cities as it’s green green everywhere with Tea plantations, mattupetty amd Kundala dam and few sight viewing points. It’s all there in Kerala, top station is in Tamilnadu, with breathtaking mountain views of Theni district. A two to three hours travel and excitement. That’s it, you have travelled to Munnar,kerala Simple!!!!

Except this views , fresh air and chill climate,onething is same called ‘Environment pollution’. All the above picture and greenery are because of tea plantation. Tea plantations is otherwise known as ‘ Pasumai Palaivanam / Green Desert’, simply we chopped forest to plant tea. So it is also dangerous to environment.
We reached back to Munnar town and after some purchases, around 6pm our journey to Marayoor room started.
Part 02: RJ and 32K
After my trip got over, my usual routine life started on Monday. Each and everyone in my office have asked me about my tour experience and my PH said, you were looked like a school kid, while getting ready for this trip. Ha ha yeah I was!! Over exited for many reason
This is how, our day started in Marayur, oops I forgot to share about our ride to this place na, okay let me say that.
Around 8pm we started towards marayoor from munnar, and this ride was so thrilling because we started speaking about haunted areas and considered this 42km had many places like that. hence its night, it created some impact on each and everyone faces. Mountain edges, turning roads, speedy jeeps oh oh ohhhhhhh, such a lovely experience like having spicy chicken with red chilli sauce 😍😍😍.
Let’s come to day 02,
We haven’t had any plan is what so ever but one thing we made clearly is having Kerala state food rather than having same foods like idly and dosa. So with the help of our room owner, we had tastiest Puttu/Appam with Egg curry. Yesterday’s rain left all of us with no power in room by leaving just 20% of charge in my mobile
After that, our plan to see places around Marayur. Yeah, Munnar is what we planned for but everything changed after listening to history/places around marayoor. History of marayoor had link with Tamilnadu, as thippu sultan captured Madurai from Nayagar kings. People travelled and made 5 different places to live. In which one of the place is Marayur and another one is Kanthaloor.
Kanthalur is just 14km away from marayoor, places like Anakottapara park.

This ‘Keel aruvi’ is not even marked anywhere in Maps and tourist place, thanks to our room owner who guided us by giving route map to this place. Even we had wild experience in this falls, it non other than Elephant’s sound. And another experience is we have visited Bahu chettan thotam, organic fruit plantation area of 4 acres. And also this Kanthaloor is famous for strawberry, we have seen many people selling homemade Strawberry wine.

Around 1.30pm we started back to marayoor to have Kerala style fish curry and fish fry. With such a delicious, tasty lunch, our plan is to visit nearby Sandalwood forest reserves. What you read is correct, it’s reserve forest for Sandalwood trees. India’s first nature Sandalwood forest, where we meet our friend named bison and deer. Think of yourself there in this forest area, fresh air from sandalwood forest, no traffic, chill climate and unscheduled rain.
Cum trust me, no one had battery charge left in our mobile to capture that bison and deer. It’s just great experience to see them in sandalwood forest. 300 hard forest guards are protecting this forest reserve, with the help of birds ( ha ha).
Kalpana akka, sampoornesh Babu , TRP saba are different from other’s. like them our different plan and stay away from regular munnar helped us. Finally our beautiful day ended up with awesome Kerala Paratha.
RJ and 32K
It is been years, I started planning small trip here and there or within south India but don’t know how, from 2011 to 2017 nothing have happen much. As my last trip is on December 2011
But each and everyday is different from previous day’s, and finally I have got call from my dear buddies saying, shall we plan for some trip. Within a second I said yes. So our trip plan got finalized and to my surprise it’s once again “Munnar”. Last and latest trip is to same place.
Happiness started hitting me daily, like premam movie’s butterfly 😋😂,finally that day arrived it was 12th July’2017, from Chennai to Munnar.
Day 01 (13/07/2017) : Villupuram to Munnar
4. 30am we started our journey towards our destination, traveling expert in my gang(5) guided us, around 7 we had packed breakfast idly near trichy and started moving towards dindugal but we missed the bypass towards dindugal, so we have chosen manaparai route to reach that place ( with some manaparai special muruku). As we reached dindugal by 10am, we may reach Munnar on or before 2pm.
Experts could have told us to move towards Munnar but as like M.S.Dhoni, one of my friend had other ideas. So our plan as one more small inclusion named “Suruli falls”. Kambam, Singapore briyani center’s briyani and chilled drizzle welcomed us to suruli falls. As Theni is famous for Grapes plantation, we got chance to see Grapes bunches , it’s just wowwwww!!!
and some fresh Grapes to eat. From suruli falls, we have asked route to Munnar, as kambam’s temple had function after 15years, we have been asked to go to Munnar through kambamettu ( 16 hairpin bends).
Drizzling and pure air made our long trip ( as it’s different from the normal route, which Google maps shows us). Breath taking scenes, rains, bends, roads etc etc filed our journey with many colourful birds sounds. And finally we reached Munnar around 5pm.
Actually munnar is not our destination , we have to travel 40more km “Marayur”. Night dinner and car’s puncher made our trip more thrilling. As we reached Marayur by 10pm.
